Santa's arrival begins at 1 pm with a FREE parade on Main Street featuring costumed characters, designer floats, a marching band, and live reindeer pulling Santa's sleigh. The attractions continue with a holiday host of activities, live music and dance performances, along with a seasonal variety of food vendors, crafts, gift and general merchandise near the Depot. Children's activities include a real snow playground, snow tubing down "Depot Hill", trackless train rides, inflatable bounce houses, an obstacle course and slide, a petting zoo, pony rides, and much more. Festivities conclude with a Christmas tree lighting program at 5:30 pm.
